The company officials and other unconcerned people do not have an access to use our customer's information illegally  against our roles and regulations;

The amount shown from each service is set according to the legal analysis that was made to facilitate the visa issuance and avoid the unexpected loss to our customers  " All visas are issued by the consul from the embassy you applying for your visa"

OUR  TERMS AND CONDITION:

 

* The Conference registration fee must be paid in full through the available payment methods.

​

* All Our service charges are Non-Refundable, non transferable and non changeable. All people who register for the international Conference or event must know that Organisers do not have refundable scheme after submission of your payment; The organiser will prepare the invitation letter for your visa process after confirmation of your payment.

 

* Do not duplicate your invitation letter, all these letters are notarised and registered under the Authority. If you try do that you will face severe consequences. the Consul officer will verify before handling your visa application.

* You ought to do your own trip arrangement before you travel, The organisers will not be responsible for your trip expenses throughout the conference. 

 

* Make-sure you apply for your visa as soon as you receive an invitation letter.

*You must submit the copy of your passport for International conference registration.

​

*You must pay registration fee at the beginning of the process.

​

The conference registration fee is NOT inclusive with Visa application assistance offered through Mkorintho Brand; You will be obliged to pay an extra fee for this visa package.

*We do not provide Bank statement Assistance.

​

*We do not work cooperatively with any embassy Personnel  to speed up the visa processing, nor influencing the embassy on making decision on visa application process. we only abide by the laws set by the consulate.

*We do not give a guarantee of visa Approvals, although we will make sure your Visa application is well prepared for the best success. for more information consult with our consultant to know more about international immigration laws.

*About applying for the Work permit, the fee is not negotiable, but we guarantee this service.

*We do not offer the forged / counterfeit document services. using such a document in support of your visa application might lead to Visa refusal or entry ban and to be reported to your local Authority for the consular law infringement.
