Mkorintho Brand International Travel Consultancy Limited is a duly registered company under the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. The company operates as a travel consultancy service provider, offering both national and international travel-related services in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory frameworks.

Visa Processing Disclaimer
Mkorintho Brand International Travel Consultancy Limited acts solely as a facilitator in visa application processes. Final decisions regarding visa approval or refusal are made exclusively by the respective embassy or consulate. The company does not influence or guarantee the outcome of any visa application.
Dispute Resolution
Amicable Settlement.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with the services provided by Mkorintho Brand International Travel Consultancy Limited, both parties shall first endeavour to resolve the matter amicably through good faith negotiations. Either party may notify the other in writing of the existence of a dispute, and both parties shall seek to resolve such dispute within fourteen (14) days from the date of notification.

Mediation.
If the dispute is not resolved through amicable negotiations, the parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before initiating any formal legal proceedings. The mediation shall be conducted in Tanzania by a mutually agreed independent mediator. The costs of mediation shall be shared equally between the parties unless otherwise agreed.
Arbitration.
Where mediation fails to resolve the dispute, the matter shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration Act, Cap. 15 R.E. 2020 or any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof.
